Nobu is renowned for this dish, and for a good reason. We ordered some of the signature dishes as well as some nigiri and a tuna roll (not pictured). The color palette is that of the Japanese countryside, birth tree columns hold up the rafters and wall decorations are all themed around plants and flowers.
